This video showcases an HPSC multi-station test bench designed for testing quick couplings under different operating conditions and pressure ranges.

The system integrates a first testing line dedicated to quick couplings up to 350 bar and sizes up to 2”, while the second line allows high-pressure testing up to 1,600 bar.

The two stations operate completely independently, ensuring high operational flexibility and optimised testing times.

The machine operates with fully automatic cycles, recipe management, report saving and interface connection with the customer management system to ensure complete test data traceability.

Designed and developed by HPSC, the system represents a combination of advanced automation, reliability and high build quality applied to high-pressure testing.
