This video showcases one of the very first machines developed by HPSC, already demonstrating the extremely high level of quality and technical expertise that have always distinguished our team.

It is a multi-station testing cabin designed for fully automatic testing of gate valves according to API 6A standards.

The system is equipped with three different testing stations and performs tests up to a maximum pressure of 22,500 PSI, ensuring high precision, safety and repeatability throughout the testing process.

The machine is dedicated to gate valve testing and integrates an axis control system with automatic positioning and torque reading through a dedicated torque meter.

Designed and developed by HPSC, the system still represents a combination of automation, reliability and advanced technology for high-pressure testing applications.
