This video showcases how an entire testing department can be equipped using fully integrated HPSC high-pressure testing systems.

The installation starts from a Nitrogen generation system with a cryogenic pump up to 400 bar, supplying multiple test benches installed throughout the facility.

The setup includes an 800 ton test bench for valves up to 36”, a 350 ton and a 600 ton test bench for valves up to 24”, as well as a vertical multi-station system dedicated to testing valves up to 8”.

All machines operate with manual or semi-automatic cycles, including report management and interface connection with the management system for complete test data storage and traceability.

Designed and developed by HPSC, the entire installation represents a combination of technological integration, reliability and high build quality applied to high-pressure testing.
